Individual Nutrition Counseling
Services include information and education on the following:

  • Diet and food record analysis
  • Healthy nutrition
  • Preventing and overcoming disordered eating
  • Weight management

Special dietary needs including, but not limited to:

  • Celiac Disease
  • Crohn’s Disease
  • Diabetes
  • Elevated Blood Lipids Levels
  • Food allergies
  • Hypertension
  • Pregnancy and Lactation

Certain conditions may require physician referral.

Nutrition classes and special programs in cooperation with the Fitness Center include:

  • Demonstrating food and cooking
  • Eating in the dorm room
  • Managing stress with healthy eating
  • Preventing disordered eating
  • Shopping and eating on a budget
