Nutrition Services

Individual nutrition counseling and nutrition education are offered by a Registered Dietitian and Georgia State Nutrition graduate students, under the direction of a Registered Dietitian, through the Mind-Body Clinic.

Wednesdays: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Individual Nutrition Counseling
(Short-term Individual Nutrition Counseling available by appointment only)

  • Disordered eating
  • Weight management
  • Diet/Food record analysis
  • Nutrition education

Special dietary needs such as, but not limited to:
(Certain conditions may require physician referral)

Food allergies Diabetes Hypertension
Pregnancy & Lactation Celiac Disease Elevated Blood Lipids Levels
Crohn’s Disease

Classes and Special Programs in cooperation with the Fitness Center:

  • Food demonstrations
  • Managing stress with healthy eating
  • Dorm room eating
  • Prevention of disordered eating
  • Shopping and eating on a budget
