Theoretical Orientation: Dr. Qin works from a third-wave behavioral theoretical orientation with integration of feminist and multicultural counseling perspectives.
Areas of Clinical Interest: Emotional resiliency and dysregulation, dialectical behavior therapy skills training, mindfulness and acceptance-based interventions, Asian American (AAPI/APIDA) and diasporic issues, intersectionality of women of color, international students, college students/emerging adult populations and trauma.

Dr. Jenny Qin is the coordinator of training. In her spare time, Dr. Qin enjoys power watching "The Great British Bake Off" (and spinoffs) with her husband and gardening with questionable success. Former cat foster mom, current allergy sufferer. Future aspirations include being a non-traumatic Asian Auntie ... "I serve sliced fruit and not judgment."
