Theoretical Orientation: Dr. Phillips approaches clinical practice through a multicultural and social justice lens. Her therapeutic style is integrative and primarily grounded in feminist theory.
Areas of Clinical Interest: Dr. Phillips' areas of clinical interest include racial trauma, women’s issues, identity development, depression, anxiety, family/relationship issues and the unique experiences and concerns of clients from the African diaspora.

Dr. Kayla Phillips enjoys gardening, spending time with family and friends, going on walks with her two puppies and trying different desserts.
